First time purchasing from Namshi and the entire experience has been horrible. First, Namshi splitted my order up into three shipments (fulfilled by Aramex) without informing me prior. Second, the delivery agents were inept in handling deliveries. Among the three shipments, none of them arrived on the first attempt. Despite my prompt replies with images of my address' entrance etc, the delivery agents consistently came up with excuses on why my orders were undelivered. Third, after 3 weeks of back and forth, I finally received two out of the three shipments. The last shipment was never received. Oddly, Aramex indicated the item as "delivered". I had checked with my neighbours, the security and even the management and none of them received the shipment on my behalf. 4 weeks have passed since I raised the missing shipment with both Aramex and Namshi. Aramex basically copied and pasted template replies that the item is marked as "delivered" on their platform, and proceeded to close the case. Namshi on the other hand, has been giving me fake deadlines. I have been told that an agent will get in touch with me in "48 hours", "5 working days" etc. 4 weeks have passed and nothing despite me sending follow up queries via their customer support channels. The latest reply I received from Namshi this morning was "Dear customer sorry for the late response​ please to inform you that there was trendyol item that why there was delayed and we are glad that you received your order​. Please do not hesitate to contact us again for inquiries." I pasted the entire reply in full to reflect the appalling level of service. The staff are clearly not trained nor do they bother to read emails. All of them are merely capable of copying and pasting template replies. ​

TLDR: To everyone considering whether or not to purchase from Namshi, I highly encourage you not to even though their items are attractively priced.

Your validation process is very very bad, long and useless!

I have ordered some short that i wanted to get quicly as i was in transit for few days!
I didn't receive because of your AMATEUR confirmation process!

I am very disappointed by your services! You have a validation process that is not user-friendly at all!
And not up to the level of e-commerce.

Please do raise this complaint to your supply chain manager.
I do recommend Him or her to go back to school and learn about e-commerce basic element is AGILE services. I'm a supply chain graduate i would recommend you a school or certificate.

Place an order on amazon application or website and you will see how an order is placed in few SECONDS and delivered in few HOURS.

Fake items from NAMSHI deluvered.

It was a fossil watch and it cost almost the same in US even in a big discounted price in NAMSHI. But when it arrives. It not original. You can see it from the photos I uploaded. So disapointed! With all the 7 pcs watches ive purchased. And if it wasn't COD. It maybe not yet dwlivered. Same as the 2 more package I ordered tje same date... it was paid online, and still noy delivered. ARAMEX is the courrier. Giving me a lot of run around. Always saying need to update delivery location in their website. I hope this things be regulated for the products being delivered and the courrier that is giving untruthful information on their website.

Namshi is not safe

Hi i bought an item last march 2021 only 1 item. Then i saved my card. Forgot to removed. After that i never buy an item again. But i saw on my account namshi still deduct an item to my account. Every month they deduct it twice it to my account. I hope customer service explain it to me and pay it back to me.

Once my order was placed i received a call for order confirmation which was done. The next day i am receiving an email that my order is on hold as they were trying to reach me out with no luck and they have asked me to reply back to the same email a day and time to call me again to confirm the order - Which is clearly NOT the case! I have replied back after few hours to them that my order was already confirmed, however if they need to confirm it for SECOND time they can call me that date and time. WHICH THEY NEVER DID! I am still following up and praying that my order will arrive. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, the team has no communication between them. For a first time customer? FIRST and LAST time ordering from them. Try to purchase your items from somewhere else folks. Save your time, there is no need to put yourself in such a stress and anger.

Very disappointed with Customer Service

I have been using NAMSHI for a couple years and used to have much better customer service. Orders were delivered within days and returns/exchange items were picked up by courier same day if not within the next 2 days of creating the return item ticket.
I placed a return order ticket on May 12th, with 16 items to return and one to exchange. After one week, I was still not contacted and my returns were not picked up. Yesterday, I cancelled the exchange item and changed it back to return item, so I had 17 items to be returned total. I received a reply asked how satisfied I was with Namshi’s support (when I still had not received any support). Today when I looked at my return ticket, I only had 9 items listed for the return instead of all 17. I want a refund and to return my items.
When I finally got in contact with a customer service agent, she was helpful on the phone and it seemed promising. It has now been 72 hours later and I still have not received the email she promised nor have I been contacted by the courier. Even though it says they are available from 8am-2am everyday, when I called the last two days, I was connected only to a voice automated machine. This is unacceptable!!

Very bac experience i have ever faced

Very bad experience i have ever faced. They are big scam. They are cheating us by simply showing items with good discounts.infact you wont get that. It is their trick to attrack customers.????????????????????????

Cannot return my clothes back

I ordered some clothes on Namshi but most of them were unsuitable size, so I created a return request, but no one came to pick up my returns or at least send me a message confirming my return, this is the second time Namshi completely ignores my return request and when I try to call them, they never answer. WORST COMPANY EVER.

I have ordered an item from april 21…

I have ordered an item from april 21 until now i didn't receive the item when i made an email they said i gave incorrect number when i check my account i gave the correct information.when i response back that i gave correct information they reply the same response the fist time i emailed them it was like an automated response.i am disappointed since it's my first time ordering in namshi.i never experience this long for a long time i am ordering online.

Yes never order from this

Yes never order from this. I placed an order but they incomplete item but they deducted the full payment. And they never get back to you after you filled up they’re contact in their. Even you canceled your order there’s no way to get your money back.

A horrible experience - not honouring valid codes

A horrible experience. They sent me an email with a promo code SAVE for mother's day, I ordered an hour later and accidentally forgot to enter the code. When I called their customer service, they insisted the promo had ended (!) and I told them I could see it on their website banner but they insisted it was a problem with my email and my browser (!!!!!!)

It got better over the years, it does the job

I have been shopping on NAMSHI since moving to Dubai 4 years ago where I had to find a local alternative to ASOS, whose deliveries and returns were not as fast and easy anymore.
I noticed they kept on improving their standards. Their delivery and refunds are now super fast and I don’t have to follow up with them which is a massive relief.
Their catalogue of clothing is not as extensive as ASOS but it does the job for fast fashion.
Overall I’m satisfied!
